Established in 2006, we are the only Bikram certified studio in South Bay. Bikram is the original "hot yoga". All other forms of "hot yoga" are an imitation of Bikram's original method and 90 minute class.

All instructors at Bikram's Yoga College of India, Bonita have been certified by Bikram Choudhury, the creator of the Bikram sequence, after graduating from his intensive Teacher Training Programs.

Our teachers are required to maintain the integrity of Bikram's Hatha Yoga system, the teaching methods, and his dialogue. We also encourage our teachers to continue their study, practice, and development as teachers by returning to the Source, supporting Bikram's seminars, classes, and Teacher Trainings whenever possible, and most importantly -- maintaining their own Yoga practice.
